San Juan County Residents that are Federal Employees and affected by the government shutdown may qualify for one-time food assistance from the Food Bank. **Note** Income and residency qualifications apply.

Income Guidelines (gross income):
HouseHold Size >>> Monthly Income >>> Annual Income
1 >>> $3333 >>> $40,000
2 >>> $4332 >>> $52,000
3 >>> $5331 >>> $64,000
Each add. HH Member Add $999 >>> $12,000

Bring the following documents to our Main Admin Office (1921 E. Murray Dr. Farmington):
DL/Picture ID; Proof of Income for Past 30 Days; Proof of Residency; Info for all HH Members.

If you qualify you will take a Referral Form to the Food Bank (401 S. Commercial Ave Farmington) and fill out one final form and sign it to receive your food box.

Fruit – canned (applesauce, peaches, pears, mixed fruit)
Juice – could be snack size up to larger jug size
Meat – canned chicken, tuna, lunch meat (spam), vienna sausage
Entree – ravioli, chili, canned soup
Cereal – RTE cereal (cheerios, etc.), hot cereal (oatmeal, Farina (cream of wheat, maltomeal)).
