Apply and Pickup for Christmas Food Box
December 10-12, 2018

Documents Needed:
-Photo ID for head of household, plus other ID for other household members
-Proof of total gross household income(s) for last 30 days
-Proof of physical address in San Juan County
Note: if you received a Thanksgiving Box from ECHO you may be asked to wait until Dec. 18 to apply for the Christmas Box.

**Apply at only 1 location in community (for household of 3 or larger).
Families with Children may be referred to apply at Salvation Army (they are giving gifts along with food).
Please only receive benefits at one place.

*Food Stamp/SNAP Recipients – Supplies are limited; the first boxes go to those without food resources. Call Dec. 19th for availability.
