ECHO Inc has an Emergency Assistance program that can help qualified individuals* with financial emergencies like funeral costs, car repair, emergency food, and more! Check out the programs and the necessary documents below.

 

 

Eye Care:

ECHO can help with emergency eye exams or eye glasses.

Please bring proof 30 days of income, Picture ID, and Social Security Card (must meet established income guidelines upon approval)

Funeral Expenses:

Please bring funeral home contract/agreement with associated costs, proof of 30 days income, Picture ID, and Social Security Card (must meet established income guidelines upon approval).

Diaper Kits:

ECHO can help with emergency newborn and infant care by supplying diaper kits to qualifying individuals.

Please bring proof of age of new born or infant, proof of 30 days of income, proof of ID, and Social Security Card (must meet established income guidelines upon approval).

 Car Repair:

ECHO can help with emergency car repairs for qualifying individuals.

Please provide three quotes from a certified car mechanic, proof of 30 days of income, proof of ID, and Social Security Card. (must meet established income guidelines upon approval).

Rent and Mortgage Assistance:

ECHO can help with first month rent, past due rent, or past due mortgage for qualifying individuals.

Please provide either your lease agreement, proof of deposit, eviction notice (or 3 day notice). For mortgages, please provide your mortgage contract billing statement or default letter. Please include proof of 30 days of income, proof of ID, and Social Security Card (must meet established income guidelines upon approval).

School Supply Assistance:

ECHO can help qualified individuals with school supply assistance.

Please bring proof of age for child, proof of 30 days of income, proof of ID, and Social Security Card (must meet established income guidelines upon approval).

Utility Assistance:

ECHO can help qualified individuals with utility assistance through the City of Farmington.

Please bring your disconnect notice from the City of Farmington, Proof of 30 days of income, proof of ID, Social Security Card, and proof of what caused your emergency situation that prevented you from paying your utility bill. (must meet established income guidelines upon approval).
